D.I.Y. crock pot oil's & butter
Crock Pot Tips
Did you know? You can make your own oil's and butter's high in CBD or CBG in the convenience of your home, at a fraction of the cost of commercially sold oil's on the market today?
Here we share a simple way to make your own oil's and butter's and save money and time. All you need is a crock pot and some of your favorite Green Bee Hemp high in CBD or CBG (flower or trim work best), cheese cloth and any oil or butter you wish to use. And in a few hours you will have a professional grade oil or butter made by you for you. And it's easy to increase the amount of oils or butters you wish to make by using a 2 to 1 ratio of hemp to oil. 1 gram of flower or 2grams of trim to every 1 ounce of oil or butter. Simply increase the flower or trim amount to increase the potency to your needs.
#1 Put 16oz. oil (olive or coconut oil work great for most applications because the CBD or CBG binds to the fat in the oil better than in lower fat oils) or 1lb. butter in the crock pot. Pre heat on high.
#2 Medium grind 1/2oz of Green Bee Hemp Flower or use double the amount of trim as well ( trim does not need to be ground up) and place in a pile on double layered cheese cloth. ( cut the cheese cloth large enough to tie the corners into a bag) Pull up the corners of the cloth and tie together to hold while cooking.
#3 Place the cheese cloth sack into your crock pot and cook on high for 3hrs. Dip and stir the cheese cloth about every 30-45 minutes. After 2hrs. check the temperature of the oil. (should not exceed 250 degrees F) once your oil reaches 250 degrees continue cooking for 30-45 minutes while maintaining temps below 260 degrees. Turn off cooker and let cool for 1-2hrs.
#4 Strain the oil from the cheese cloth by squeezing it out using your hands (with gloves of course). Now using a funnel put the oil back in the container it came in. ( if your butter came with a paper wrapper then simply use a small glass jar to keep butter sealed and fresh in the refrigerator )
This works well with ALL oils that contain fat. Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Butter, MCT Oil ( sometimes used for vape oil) all work well. And the best part is knowing what's in your oils and butter.

I don't know about you, but I enjoy my morning cup of coffee. And one way I found to incorporate hemp into my daily routine is coffee! That's right. Coffee.
Here is a simple method I use.
STEP #1 Place coffee in the filter according to your taste(amounts may vary)
STEP#2 Add 1 tablespoon per 4 cup pot/3 tbsp. per 12 cup pot.
STEP #3 Start your engine! ( or push the brew button).
STEP #4 Enjoy it straight, or add your favorite creamer, sugar, or sugar substitute.

AN ALTERNATIVE.
Brew your coffee as usual and drop 1 Tea bag of your favorite Green Bee Hemp product per cup into the decanter and let steap for 5 minutes minimum then enjoy your infused coffee! Keep in mind that the longer the Tea bags steap in the coffee the stronger your Hemp infusion will get.
